Examinations during the visit - ultrasound and uroflowmetry - are performed at no extra charge when they are needed; I decide during the visit whether to perform them. Before every procedure you will receive precise information about the costs - no surprises.

The consultation also covers testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), pre-operative qualification, a second opinion before treatment, and catheterisation and catheter exchange - with no separate items in the price list.

| The amounts shown are indicative and apply to a single session. The price depends on the number and extent of the lesions and on how long the procedure takes. Where there are many lesions I remove some of them at a follow-up session - this applies especially to extensive or recurring lesions such as condylomas. Additional information. The prices given are for information only and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the provisions of the Polish Civil Code. The final cost of a procedure is set during the qualification consultation - it depends, among other things, on the scope of the procedure and the type of anaesthesia. We always decide on the treatment method together, after full diagnostics.

Payment. We settle by direct payment only: card, BLIK, bank transfer or cash. We do not accept subscription plans or private insurance. All visits are private, with no public funding.

What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, card, BLIK and bank transfer. I issue an invoice on request. Visits are private, not covered by the Polish NFZ.
What does the consultation fee cover?
The history, the physical examination and the tests done on the spot where they are needed - ultrasound of the urogenital tract or the scrotum, and uroflowmetry. I decide during the visit whether to perform them. You leave with a diagnosis, or with a specific list of tests that will confirm it - at no extra charge and without being sent back for another appointment.
Do you settle with an insurer or through a subscription plan?
I do not accept subscription plans or private insurance - we settle by direct payment only. On request I issue an invoice that you can submit to your insurer; if your policy covers private treatment, the decision and the terms of reimbursement rest with the insurer.
How much does a procedure performed outside the office cost?
The price of a procedure at Szpital na Klinach, KrakOvi or ARTVIMED follows that facility's own price list - you will get the cost directly from them. I discuss the scope of the procedure during the qualifying consultation at the office.
